Important for Consumers: Under the Serbian Consumer Protection Act, consumers (individuals purchasing for personal, non-business use) have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days without providing a reason.
This consumer right overrides our no-refund policy.
If you are a consumer and wish to exercise your withdrawal right, you must notify us at hello@teeachie.com within 14 days of your purchase.
You are considered a consumer if you are an individual (natural person) using the Platform primarily for personal purposes and not in the course of your trade, business, or profession. This can include students and some teachers, depending on how they use the Platform.
If you use the Platform primarily in connection with your trade, business, or profession, you are considered a business user and the business terms (including our general no-refund policy) apply.

Refunds are normally issued through our payment processor and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, please contact us at hello@teeachie.com. We will work to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, may offer a refund or credit.
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charge in full. Please contact us immediately with transaction details.
If you believe you were charged without authorization, please contact us immediately at hello@teeachie.com and also notify your payment provider. We will investigate and refund confirmed unauthorized charges.
