Account Creation

To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

User Roles

The Platform supports two user roles:

• Teachers: Create and manage classes, invite students, track progress, and receive payments
• Students: Access class materials, schedule sessions with teachers, and track learning progress

Age Requirements

Teacher accounts are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Student accounts for minors (individuals under 18 years of age) may only be created and used with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Teachers who add or invite minors as students are required to verify and document parental or guardian consent. Acceptable verification methods include collecting written or recorded consent from the parent/guardian or receiving confirmation via a guardian-managed account.

Consumer and Business Users

If you use the Platform primarily in connection with your trade, business, or profession (for example, as a self-employed teacher or company), you are considered a business user. If you use the Platform primarily for personal purposes, you are considered a consumer with additional statutory rights.

30-Day Trial Period

We offer a 30-day trial period for new users. During this trial period, you can explore the Platform's features at no cost. After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Platform.

Subscription and Package Models

Teachers may offer two payment models to students:

• Package Model: Fixed number of sessions paid upfront
• Subscription Model: Ongoing monthly payments for continuous access

Pricing and Fees

Pricing is set by individual teachers and may vary. All prices are clearly displayed before purchase. Applicable taxes and fees (if any) may be added and collected by the payment processor at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law (see our Refund Policy).

No Refunds Policy

Except as required by law or as stated in the 30-day trial period, all payments are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you understand what you are purchasing before making payment.

Trial Period

If you cancel within the 30-day trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary as no payment has been made.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purposes

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Marija Jovanović PR VITALIA.RS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with Serbian data protection law and GDPR.

Limitation of Liability

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Serbian law, including for fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct.
