Need help with Teeachie? We’re here for you! Here’s how to reach our support team.

Before you contact us

Before reaching out, you might find your answer faster by:

  1. Searching the Help Center - Use the search bar above to find articles related to your question
  2. Checking related articles - Look at the “Related Articles” section at the bottom of each help page
  3. Reviewing your settings - Many issues can be resolved by checking your account settings

Email Support

The fastest way to get help is by emailing us at:

When you email us, please include:

  • Your account email address
  • A clear description of your issue or question
  • Screenshots if relevant (especially for bugs or UI issues)
  • The browser and device you’re using

Response Times

We aim to respond to support requests within 1-2 business days. Urgent issues are prioritized for faster response within 24 hours. Beta testers may receive priority support.

What we can help with

  • Account issues (login problems, email verification, password resets)
  • Feature questions (how to use specific features)
  • Bug reports (something isn’t working as expected)

Tips for faster resolution
