Need help with something your teacher can’t solve? Here’s how to reach Teeachie support.
When to contact support
Contact support for:
- Technical problems with the app
- Bugs or errors you encounter
- Account access issues your teacher can’t fix
- Privacy or security concerns
Contact your teacher instead for:
- Scheduling questions
- Payment matters
- Class content or homework questions
- Group membership changes
- Materials or resources
Most issues can be resolved by your teacher. Try them first!
Before you contact support
Try these first:
- Check the help center – Your answer might be here
- Ask your teacher – Many issues are on their end
- Refresh the page – Solves many temporary issues
- Clear browser cache – Fixes loading problems
- Try a different browser – Rules out browser issues

What to include in your email
To help us solve your problem quickly, please include:
Required information
- Your email address – The one you use to log in
- Teacher’s name – Who invited you to Teeachie
- Description of the problem – What happened
Helpful details
- Error messages – Exact text of any errors
- When it happened – Date and time
- What you were doing – Steps that led to the problem
- Device/browser – e.g., “Chrome on Windows laptop”
- Screenshots – Visual proof of the issue
Good email example
Subject: Can’t see scheduled group class
Hi Teeachie Support,
I can’t see my group class scheduled for next Tuesday. My teacher (Maria Garcia) says it’s there on her end. I’ve tried refreshing and logging out/in but it still doesn’t appear.

Response time
- We aim to respond within 1-2 business days

Tips for faster resolution
Be specific
“I can’t join my class” is less helpful than “When I click the meeting link on my Thursday 3pm class, nothing happens.”
