In-app feedback (beta testers)
If you’re a beta tester, the fastest way to reach us:
- Click Feedback in the top navigation bar
- Choose the tab that matches your goal:
- Report Issue to submit a bug or problem
- Feature Proposal to suggest new functionality
- Feature Voting to upvote existing ideas
- Roadmap to review what’s planned
- My Submissions to track your requests
- If submitting a report or proposal, complete the form (title, category if shown, description, and optional links/attachments)
- Click Submit feedback

What to include in your message
Help us help you faster by including:
Account information
- The email address you use to sign in
- Your name as it appears in Teeachie
Problem description

- Any error messages (exact wording helps)
Context
- When the issue started
- How often it happens
- What you’ve already tried
Technical details (if applicable)
- Browser name and version
- Device type (computer, phone, tablet)
- Operating system

If possible, include:
